High quality requirements and testing
All incoming materials must pass salt spray corrosion test, humidity and high temperature test, wire voltage resistance test, magnesium oxide powder composition test, etc. to check their conformity.
All finished heaters will pass lead rod tension test, sealing test, X-ray inspection, temperature rise time measurement, power rating measurement, leakage current measurement, insulation resistance measurement, insulation withstand voltage test, on/off test, overload test, heat resistance test resistance test and X-ray inspection.
